OPENING hours at Stubbington Library are being reduced as part of Tory-run Hampshire County Council's spending cuts. (for details follow the link below to Autumn 2011 Ad Lib).

Staff at the Stubbington branch have done a terrific job in making it a lively and welcoming venue at the heart of our village, so let's hope these cuts go no further.
