MANY streets in Stubbington and Hill Head suffer localised flooding caused by blocked drains and gutters. Though not as drastic as the recent flooding in Peak Lane and the Mays Lane area, these make life miserable f pedestrians and cyclists.

These examples are at the pedestrian crossing in Stubbington Green, and on the east side ot Titchfield Road.
