We'll fight for a slipway 

The Council is not going to take any further action concerning the provision of a new deep water public slipway in Portchester unless evidence can be provided that all of the statutory agencies can be satisfied and raise no objections and that the problem of parking can be addressed. 

There is an urgent need for a public slipway in Portchester and the Portchester Liberal Democrat councillors believe that the Council should be more responsive in helping to provide such a facility for local residents.
